This is run by the City of Mississauga:
Cawthra shinny has started - Wed and Fri mornings 6:30 to 9:30 am but it is very quiet early in the season.
Cost is $7.05 for all 3 hours. More info here.

Friday night Pick up Hockey for intermediate to advanced players. Fast paced lots of skating and passing good players! it is $15 per skater and goalies are free. The games are Friday's at 9:15pm and usually go hour or hour and a half. send me an email if you are interested in playing. admin@unitedmatchup.com

The City of Toronto has 49 outdoor rinks that are open December through the end of February and it is free to play. Shinny is drop-in at scheduled times - check out www.toronto.ca/parks for details. Some rinks have a pleasure pad and hockey pad at the same location, so the whole family can come out to play! You need a helmet to play shinny and kids under 6 need a helmet with a face mask to skate or play shinny. Check it out!
